Raspberry Marshmallows




Plenty of fresh raspberries are a great counterbalance to the sweet marshmallow, best served as they are or accompanied by melted white chocolate for dipping.


By far the most delicious marshmallows I've ever tasted - sounds corny but true - fresh raspberries are used in this recipe and the taste is one to die for. As you bite into the soft squishy cube the texture on surface is sandy. Inside the cube you find moisture and the flavours start triggering the slightly bitter but very sweet flavours of raspberries.
