Fire and Ice

Poems hold some unexplained interest for me. A passion almost and although short, this poem by Robert Frost contains some most beautiful and truthful metaphors applicable to ones life.

So I've made a treasury a long while ago but it's as beautiful now then it was then ..

Fire and Ice

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
